This weekend all across the United States of America people like you and me will be celebrating with our families. There will be cookouts, ball games, and some RED, WHITE, & BLUE. Let’s not forget about our soldiers and all the sacrifices they and their loved ones make for our every day freedoms.

So if you pass a Military member in the street salute them, tell them thank you, or shake their hand. If you and your family are out having dinner and you see a service man or woman in uniform pick up their tab. If you know someone who has or is serving our country call them up and have a chat. Be proud to be an American and be thankful for all we have.  

Also, while you are out and about this weekend, if you see a Veteran handing out Red Poppies make sure you stop and give a donation.
